How to order

Add the item you want to your cart.
Once you have added the products to your cart, please confirm the items you want and enter your desired delivery date and other details in the order notes.
Please enter your information required for product delivery during the "Purchase Procedure" process.
Please confirm and select the shipping method and choose the payment method.

Payment Method

You can use credit cards, amazonPay, GooglePay, applePay, cash on delivery and bank transfers.
If you are ordering by bank transfer, please transfer the payment to the bank account listed in the order email or order completion screen.
*COD fees are not automatically calculated at the time of ordering. Please pay the COD fees listed in the shopping guide separately from the amount at the time of ordering.
*Bank transfer fees must be borne by the customer.

Shipping fee and shipping method

We will send it via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
The delivery fee is as follows (all prices include tax):
Southern Tohoku, Kanto, Hokuriku, Shinetsu, Tokai: 1,485 yen Northern Tohoku, Kinki: 1,540 yen Chugoku, Shikoku: 1,595 yen Hokkaido, Kyushu: 1,650 yen Okinawa and some areas: shipping charges to be collected *If you purchase products worth 33,000 yen (tax included) or more per delivery address, the delivery fee will be free.

Delivery date and time

This is the fastest shipping option depending on the order.
(The shortest delivery time is if no delivery date is specified.)
If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
If you would like to specify a date and time for receiving your item, please specify it in the date and time selection field in your shopping cart.

Returns and Exchanges

Although we make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, as a general rule we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
If there is any defect in the product (wrong product delivered, damaged, soiled, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and send the product back to us by cash on delivery.
