As a general rule, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.
If the product is defective
However, in the unlikely event of a defective product (incorrect delivery, damage, defacement, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.
We will exchange the product for a replacement or refund the money.
Please note, however, that we may not be able to replace the product if the product is received late due to the customer's reason.
