Necessary charges other than for products

■Home delivery service (Sagawa Express, Kuroneko Yamato, Dai-Ichi Kamotsu)
(No delivery date/time is the fastest delivery option.)
Shipping and handling charges are as follows
Hokkaido and Kyushu = 1,650 yen (tax included)
Shikoku/Chugoku = 1,595 yen (tax included)
North Tohoku/Kinki = 1,540 yen (tax included)
Okinawa and some areas = freight collect
Other than above (Kanto, etc.) = 1,485 yen (tax included)

However, purchases of 33,000 yen or more including tax,
Shipping and handling fees will be waived. (Excluding Okinawa and some areas)

Please be sure to check your order confirmation email from us, not the automatic email from the system, as the shipping fee may be reduced depending on the items you purchased and the quantity.

■Cash on delivery commission
The cash on delivery fee is to be paid by the customer.

The Cash on delivery fee is as follows <
・The total amount of your order plus shipping and handling charges is 9,669 yen.
Below: 330 yen ・Orders over 9,670 yen and under 29,559 yen: 440 yen
・Order amount and shipping fee totaling 29,560 yen or more, but less than 99,339 yen: 660 yen

However, we do not handle cash on delivery for Okinawa and some areas.

Payment due date

■Bank or postal transfer (prepayment)
Please transfer the money to the designated account after your order is confirmed.
The order will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.
The transfer fee is to be borne by the customer.

Please transfer the money to the financial institution within 14 days after the order is confirmed.
Products will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
If the transfer is not confirmed after 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for customer reasons.

・In the event of a defective product
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective product (wrong delivery, damage, stain, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.
We will exchange the product for a replacement or refund the money.

About shipping fee
We can ship items to the region and country where the customer lives.
However, we are unable to calculate the exact shipping cost once the customer completes the order.
Once your order is confirmed, we may need to confirm your order and pay additional shipping charges.
If you need to pay additional shipping charges, we will notify you by email.
We may send an e-mail to the customer after the order is placed, so please check the e-mail carefully after placing the order.

Additional shipping charges can be paid by credit card.
