This is bark rattan from the rattan material handled by Konishi Rattan, and is a bark rattan based on pear rattan (round rattan).

This material is mainly used in Europe and America, and is softer than regular bark rattan, making it ideal for creating works that make use of the curves of the bag, etc.

This material has been dyed brown domestically.

Because it is machine milled, it is thin and easy to knit.
